TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using DryRun

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Service boundary

DryRun simulates proposed support policies against historical data. It does not execute refunds, contact customers, or modify production systems. Simulation output is decision support and must be reviewed by a qualified person before operational use.

2. Customer responsibilities

You must have a lawful basis for uploaded data, minimise and preferably anonymise it, keep access credentials secure, and verify outputs before relying on them. Do not upload special-category data or unnecessary direct identifiers.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use DryRun to violate law, access another workspace, introduce malicious content, or make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

4. Confidentiality and data

Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information. Data handling is described in the Privacy notice and, for business customers, the applicable data processing agreement.

5. Availability and pilot terms

The founding pilot is an evaluation service. Features, limits and availability may change. Commercial scope, fees, support and any service levels must be stated in a separate order or pilot agreement.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DryRun is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made without appropriate human review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Contact

DryRun is a product under development operated by Peter Stockmal, Vinkelstien 14, 4600 Køge, Denmark. Contact peter@dryrunops.com. A company registration number will be published when the business has been registered.
